In Case of confirmation we require:

- fax or e-mail to send the booking confirmation.
- A credit card to guarantee the reservation They must make payment of the 1st night with credit card (VISA OR MASTER CARD) through the Secure platform which would send the booking confirmation. The rest of payment directly at the hotel. You may cancel your reservation without charge until 72 hours before arrival. With further cancellations and no-shows will be charged the hotel 1 night as cancellation charges.
